  • Mead Johnson Donates $40,000 to Disaster Relief Efforts in Malaysia

    In mid-December, a northeast monsoon ravaged Malaysia with torrential rain and unabated waves, displacing more than 250,000 families. The epic floods – the worst to hit Malaysia in more than a decade – pounded the country, rendering roads in many provinces unusable for families and rescue workers. Electricity and clean water have been scarce, and the doors to schools and businesses in hard-hit areas have been shuttered.

  • Providing Relief to Families Hit by China Earthquake

    Soon after a deadly 6.5-magnitude earthquake struck China’s Yunnan province in August, Mead Johnson China rushed much-needed aid to the thousands of survivors in the disaster region through the China Women’s Development Foundation.

    As rescuers made their way through devastated villages that dot the province, Mead Johnson donated more than 26,000 cans of formula products worth about 3 million yuan – or nearly US $490,000 – to displaced families.

  • Mead Johnson's 2014 March of Dimes Campaign Hits New Record

    In 2014, Mead Johnson’s U.S. employees and their families once again came together to support a great cause -- the March of Dimes and its ongoing campaign to prevent pre-term births, infant mortality and birth defects.

    Through fundraisers such as silent auctions and book and bake sales – as well as simple donations -- the U.S. team raised a record $124,000 this year. Over the past nine years, the company has contributed more than $600,000 to the March of Dimes.
