Mead Johnson "Delivers" New Mobile App to Expecting Moms

GLENVIEW, Ill., May 26, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) --

Mead Johnson Nutrition (NYSE: MJN) announced its own special delivery today - a new iPhone mobile application called ExpectingBaby from the maker of Enfamil(R) infant formula.

ExpectingBaby provides a mom-to-be with customized week-by-week updates on her child's development and helps manage preparations in anticipation of baby's arrival. The app makes it easy to track and share every moment of pregnancy - from planning and delivery to celebrating baby's arrival - through photos, updates and milestones via Facebook, Twitter and email.

"We are excited about ExpectingBaby, because it allows moms-to-be to celebrate and learn more about their pregnancies through a variety of engaging, educational tools. When labor begins, the app even helps track contractions, provides directions to the nearest hospital and alerts family and friends using a one-step notification system," said Tim Brown, senior vice president and general manager, U.S.

ExpectingBaby is available for free download at enfamil.com/app or via the Apple iTunes Store. Busy parents can also visit the mobile-optimized m.enfamil.com/ site to get the information they need while on the go.
