Mead Johnson Board of Directors Increases Dividend by 10 Percent

GLENVIEW, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 26, 2015-- Mead Johnson Nutrition Company (NYSE: MJN) announced today that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.4125 per share for the quarter ending March 31, 2015, an increase of 10 percent from the prior rate of $0.375 per share. The board expects the annualized dividend to be $1.65 per share.

The dividend will be paid at the new higher rate on April 1, 2015, to shareholders of record at close of business on March 16, 2015.
