    • Product Manager, Digital and Corporate Equity

      The Product Manager will develop digital marketing strategy for the designated unit and, in collaboration with Brand teams, align plans to execute the digital marketing strategy and ensure excellent execution across all brands. In this role, the individual will lead strategic and external relationships, manage operational responsibilities and build organizational capabilities. In addition to working with the Region Head of Digital/CRM and with brand teams, this person will work with the Corporate Affairs team on MJN corporate equity and the external ad agency on Digital Marketing and MJN Corporate Brand Equity.

      The Medical Nutrition Manager Serves as the Market Link between local and regional key contacts with regards to execution of product and brand messaging and relationship building. The individual is primarily responsible for the alignment of all medical/nutrition related plans and actions with regards to building medical community relationships both as an institution and as individuals. He or she will also provide local market expertise with regards to medical community interface with internal stakeholders.

      This position supports the operation of the packaging lab, development, scale up and commercialization of new and modified packaging for MJN's North America infant and children's nutritional products. The candidate will apply technical packaging information to solve problems, provide solutions and create cost savings. He/she will communicate packaging requiremnets through reports, within the function and cross functionally.

    • Principal Product Development Scientist, Research & Development

      The Principal Product Development Scientist serves as a lead scientist in North America Product Development. They are responsible for creating commercially viable products and develop formulations that fulfill all requirements and expectations. They oversee other product development scientists and associates to ensure that the planning, execution and evaluation of formulation are completed accurately. This person manages budget and expenses, and identifies risks, issues, opportunities and strategies to articulate and execute contingency plans. The position requires working in pilot plant and manufacturing environments, and also requires travel.

  • Sr. Logistics Analyst
    • Sr. Logistics Analyst

      The Sr. Logistics Analyst must manage inbound transportation for internal and external customers (shipping, receiving, procurement, planning, suppliers and carrier base) to facilitate efficient plant operations. They will also establish relationships with carriers to drive cost reductions through negotiation and continuous improvements in distribution network. This position also requires that the candidate monitor transportation performance of inbound/outbound routing system, participate in process improvements, update master data and conduct RFP analysis to develop 3pl base.

      The Sr. General Ledger Accountant prepares monthly journal entries for all transactions and manages day-to-day corporate reporting requirement. The individual also prepares balance sheet reconciliation, reviews monthly intercompany balance matching, maintains the charts of accounts and manages additional accounts and functions.

      The Cost Accountant will perform cost accounting/inventory accounting for two, third party manufacturing sites and manage the subcontracting inventory management. The person will also validate the direct costs for TPM, perform balance sheet reconciliation for inventory accounts and establish the standard costs. He or she will also support the Regional Finance Director, Supply Chain Finance; Senor Financial Analysis, Regional Supply Chain; and other members of the regional supply chain team on an as-needed basis with respect to projects related to improving the costs or performance of the third party manufacturing sites.

      The Global Dairy Category Leader is responsible for the development and leadership of a global dairy strategy, providing dairy procurement support for global growth, productivity and cost management. They will work with regional business leaders to develop and maintains sound regional sourcing strategies and identify business development opportunities. The person is also in charge of ensuring quality, service, and cost effectiveness by establishing benchmarking and measurement expectations. They readily adapt to a continuously changing work environment and are capable of leading teams to effectively meet project schedules on time.

      The Marketing Manager oversees an assigned brand or brands and is responsible for digital and corporate equity, people management and development, organizational communication and innovation process management. The individual ensures the development of digital marketing strategy for the assigned region and, in collaboration with brand teams, the alignment of plans to execute the digital marketing strategy and ensure excellent execution across all brands. Also, he or she is responsible for overseeing MJN corporate consumer brand equity and activities to build MJN brand health with consumers in a particular region.

      This position is responsible for assessing and reporting compliance status for Mead Johnson's computer-based technology solutions and for driving continuous compliance improvements of these systems. The Lead IT Business Analyst will partner with IM system owners, business clients, and third party service providers to align understanding of regulatory requirements, measure current state of compliance, provide regular compliance status reports, participate in compliance audits, and assist with continuous improvements to improve compliance.

They are responsible for the overall management and implementation of industry solution projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from analysis to stabilization. This person plans, organizes, monitors and manages projects to meet defined requirements and business specifications. The Project Manager must proactively identify and resolve political, resource, budgeting, change and legal issues to accomplish project objectives.

China

      the Category Marketing Manager & Business Unit Head will provide leadership in strategy, people, and process for the assigned BUs/category and cross functional teams in the BU. As a key member of OpComms, the individual is responsible for developing a high-performing marketing team and executing the strategy and vision for the assigned category/brands. This person must be an experienced organizational and consumer marketing leader who can effectively balance strong operational excellence with strategic portfolio brand building.

      The Sr. Financial Analyst supports the Regional Finance Director in driving Supply Chain Finance excellence while managing ongoing Supply Chain analysis and reports. The person will also perform cost analysis for MJN owned plants ad third party contract/toll manufacturers, provide analysis of return on investment for the proposed projects and identify risk and opportunities in Supply Chain.

Specifically, the person will provide the Supply Chain - TPM financial performance report for purchase price variance, manufacturing variance and efficiency. He or she will report to the regional financial analysis manager and will provide recommendation for the management to optimize the supply network across the regions.

      The Associate Director of Compensation is responsible for managing the design, development, implementation and administration of Mead Johnson Nutrition's global compensation programs. They must make recommendations for overall compensation plans and programs and design changes to reflect the competitive market through external benchmarking and market analysis. They are subject matter experts on compensation issues who actively monitor legislative and regulatory laws to ensure continued compliance of all compensation plans with administrative responsibility.

      The Senior Territory Business Manager develops territory management plants that identify and prioritize activities to accomplish both short and long term business and sales goals. This person is responsible for applying the selling process, organizing and communicating information to build customer confidence and maintain relationships with those in the customer influence network. They are knowledgeable about Mead Johnson Nutrition's products, and have an understanding of the health care industry dynamics, trends, competitors, regulations and managed health care environment. This position requires some overnight travel.
