Mead Johnson Board Declares Quarterly Dividend

GLENVIEW, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sep. 1, 2009-- The board of directors of Mead Johnson Nutrition Company (NYSE: MJN) has declared a regular quarterly dividend on its Class A and Class B common stock of $0.20 per share for the quarter ending Sept. 30, 2009. The dividend will be paid on Oct. 1, 2009, to shareholders of record on Sept. 17, 2009.
