Mead Johnson Board Declares Quarterly Dividend

GLENVIEW, Ill., Dec 18, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The board of directors of Mead Johnson Nutrition Company (NYSE: MJN) has declared a regular quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.20 per share for the quarter ending Dec. 31, 2009. The dividend will be paid on Jan. 15, 2010, to shareholders of record on Dec. 31, 2009. When setting the record date and the payment date for this dividend, the board of directors considered the expected timing of the distribution by Bristol-Myers Squibb Company of its Mead Johnson common shares pursuant to the previously announced exchange offer.
