Mead Johnson Nominates Casiano and Catalano to Board of Directors
GLENVIEW, Ill., Mar 31, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) --Mead Johnson Nutrition Company (NYSE: MJN) announced today that Kimberly A. Casiano and Anna C. Catalano had been nominated to its board of directors. Casiano and Catalano will stand for election at the company's annual meeting on May 11, 2010. The addition of these two nominees would increase the size of the board to nine members.

"We are pleased and excited to be adding two such distinguished businesswomen to the Mead Johnson Board of Directors," commented Jim Cornelius, chairman. Steve Golsby, president and chief executive officer, added, "They will add to the overall depth and strength of the current board, bringing an additional richness of perspective and global operating experience to our company."
From 1981 to 1988, Kimberly Casiano managed her own company, Caribbean Marketing Overseas Corporation, which served as a Caribbean Basin Initiative consultant to the U.S. Agency for International Development in developing and executing public and private sector projects throughout the region.
