Mead Johnson Board Increases Dividend by 15 Percent

GLENVIEW, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mar. 2, 2012-- Mead Johnson Nutrition Company (NYSE: MJN) announced today that its board of directors had declared a regular quarterly common stock dividend of $0.30 per share for the quarter ending March 31, 2012, an increase of 15 percent from the prior rate of $0.26 per share, and expects the annualized dividend to be $1.20. The quarterly dividend will be paid on April 3, 2012, to shareholders of record at close of business on March 16, 2012.
