James Cornelius is the former non-executive chariman of the board of directors of Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS), a position he held from 2010 to 2015. Prior to that position, Mr. Cornelius served BMS as chairman of the board and chief executive officer. He is currently a member of the board of Arcamed, Inc., a manufacturer of custom metal products; HyGleaCare Inc., a company specializing in gastroenterological services and solutions; and YourEncore, which provides a network of retired and veteran scientists and engineers who provide innovation counsel to their clients.
Dr. Steven Altschuler is the president and chief executive officer of the University of Miami Health System and has served in this position since January 2016. He was the former chief executive officer of The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, a position he held from April 2000 through his retirement in June 2015. Dr. Altschuler serves on the board of directors of Weight Watchers International, Inc., and is chairman of the board of Spark Therapeutics. He is a member of the board of directors of the Free Library of Philadelphia, the GAVI campaign and the University Hospital Consortium.
Howard Bernick is president of Bernick Advisory Limited, a private investment advisory company. Previously, he served as president and chief executive officer of Alberto-Culver Company. Mr. Bernick currently serves on the board of directors of The Duchossois Group, Inc., and the HAVI Group LP, and is a member of the board of trustees of The Field Museum of Chicago. He is also a director of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. In the past, Mr. Bernick served as a director of the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company.
Kimberly Casiano is an advisor to top business leaders targeting the Hispanic market. From 1994 to 2009, Ms. Casiano was president and chief operating officer of Casiano Communications, Inc., one of the largest Hispanic publishers of magazines and periodicals in the United States. Prior to joining Casiano Communications in 1988, Ms. Casiano managed her own company, Caribbean Marketing Overseas Corporation, to foster trade and investment in the Caribbean and Latin America. Ms. Casiano has served on the board of directors of Ford Motor Company since 2003, and on the board of Mutual of America since 2006.
Anna Catalano has over 30 years of corporate experience, of which more than 20 years were spent in the energy sector. Most recently, she served as group vice president of marketing, as well as group vice president of emerging markets, at BP p.l.c. She has held senior executive psotions in Asia, Europe and the United States, including serving as president of Amoco Orient Oil Company in China, and as senior vice president of Retail Operations for Amoco in the United States. Ms. Catalano currently serves on the boards of directors of Willis Towers Watson; Chemtura Corporation; and Kraton Performance Polymers. Previously, she served on the boards of Hercules, Inc and SSL International, plc. She also serves on the National Board of Directors of the Alzheimer's Association and is a senior fellow and advisory board member of the Kellogg Innovation Network at Northwestern University.
Dr. Celeste Clark is the former senior vice president of global public policy & external relations and chief sustainability officer for the Kellogg Company. Dr. Clark also served as president of the Kellogg Citizenship Fund, the company's philanthropic entity. She is a member of the board of trustees and the finance and audit committees of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, is a member of the board of directors of AdvancePierre Foods and AAA Michigan. Dr. Clark is an adjunct professor in Food Science and Nutrition at Michigan State University. She also serves as the principal of Abraham Clark Consulting, LLC, which specializes in leadership development, communications and regulatory affairs.
Stephen W. Golsby is the retired president and chief executive officer of Mead Johnson Nutrition, a position he held from 2008 to 2013. Mr. Golsby has held various positions within the company since 1997, including president, Mead Johnson; president, International; and senior vice president, Asia Pacific. Mr. Golsby is a member of the Board of Directors of Tesco PLC, a director of RMA Group, and serves as an advisor to Thai Union Group, Thai Wah pcl, and to the Thailand Board of Investment. He previously served as a director of Beam Inc.
Michael Grobstein is a retired vice chairman of Ernst & Young LLP. He worked in a variety of capacities at Ernst & Young from 1964 to 1998, and was admitted as partner in 1975. During his tenure at Ernst & Young, Mr. Grobstein served as vice chariman -- international operations; vice chairman -- planning, marketing and industry services; and vice chairman -- accounting and auditing services. He currently serves on the board of directors of BMS, and had been a member of the board of Given Imaging Ltd. He serves on the board of trustees and the executive committee of the Central Park Conservancy, and is a director of the Peer Health Exchange.
Kasper Jakobsen has been president and chief executive officer of Mead Johnson Nutrition since 2013. He previously served as the company's executive vice president and chief operating officer. Mr. Jakobsen was president, Americas, for Mead Johnson from 2009 to 2011, and has been continuously employed by Mead Johnson since 1998, serving in such roles as general manager, Philippines; vice persident, South Asia; and senior vice president, Asia Pacific.
Peter Ratcliffe served as chief executive officer of the P&O Princess International division of Carnival Corporation and plc from 2003 until his retirement in 2007. Dr. Elliott Sigal is a former executive vice president and director of Bristol-Myers Squibb, which he joined in 1997 and had roles of increasing responsibilty in both research and development. He served as chief scientific officer and president of R&D for BMS from 2004 until his retirement in 2013. He currently serves as a senior advisor to the healthcare team of the venture group New Enterprise Associates, and is a director of Spark Therapeutics and Adaptimmune Therapeutics plc. He is a member of the board of the Melanoma Research Alliance.
Robert Singer served as chief executive officer of Barilla Holding S.p.A., a major Italian food company, from 2006 to 2009. He has also served as president and chief operating officer of Abercrombie & Fitch Co., and has served as chief financial officer of Gucci Group NV. Mr. Singer currently serves as a directror of Coty Inc. and as a director of Jimmy Choo PLC. He has served as a director of both Benetton S.p.A. and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Inc.
Mr. Sherman is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Endocyte, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company. Mr. Sherman assumed this position in June of 2016. Prior to becoming Chief Executive Officer and President, Mr. Sherman served as Endocyte's Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Sherman served in various executive roles before joining Endocyte, most recently as Vice President of Finance and Strategic Planning of Guidant Corporation, a cardiovascular device manufacturer.
Mr. Sherman holds a BA in economics from DePauw University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
